Our Team

FounderFrédéric Maillard holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Master of Literature in Modern and Contemporary Art from the University of Glasgow and Christie's Education.
After completing his studies, Frédéric began his career in the Post-War and Contemporary Art department at Christie's in London, where he was part of the team of specialists. Following his tenure at the auction house, Frédéric transitioned to Lévy Gorvy gallery, initially in Zurich and later in Paris, playing a pivotal role in establishing their new outposts in these regions.
At Lévy Gorvy, he was also responsible for developing the gallery's clientele in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, where he cultivated a robust network of private collectors.Frédéric later joined Gagosian as a Director in Geneva and in Gstaad. ln this capacity, Frédéric was responsible for the gallery's business expansion in the region as well as its exhibition programming. Among others, he organised and curated an exhibition titled « Swiss Made: From Ferdinand Hodler to Urs Fischer», showcasing the best of Swiss art from the past century.
Frédéric Maillard specialises in Modern, Post-War and Contemporary art with a particular focus on Post-War American and European Art. Throughout his career, Frédéric has been entrusted with the sale of masterpieces by Alberto Giacometti, Robert Ryman, Fernand Léger, Frank Stella, Pablo Picasso and Gerhard Richter amongst others. He has additionally successfully placed in prominent private collections the works of contemporary artists such as Albert Oehlen, Urs Fischer, Richard Serra, Yayoi Kusama and Jenny Saville.
Frédéric Maillard also cultivates close ties to museum and cultural institutions and has founded the young patrons program for the MAMCO in Geneva.
Frédéric speaks French, English, German, Spanish and ltalian.

Senior Administrator – Research & Inventories CoordinatorCharlotte Gagin graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in 2014 and began her career at Christie’s Geneva in the Post-War & Contemporary Art department.
After working as a PA and event manager for a UHNWI, she became a freelancer, collaborating with event companies, collectors, and art advisors such as Maillard Art Services.
A true all-rounder, she brings organization, reliability, flexibility, and discretion.

We also assist with securing appropriate insurance coverage and offer guidance on optimal storage solutions if needed. If restoration is required, we coordinate with the appropriate conservators to address any condition issues.
